BioAtla has developed a novel approach called Antibody Humanation to evolve mouse or other non-human antibodies into fully human antibodies. The resulting antibody contains only human sequence and no mouse or non-human antibody sequence, while maintaining similar binding affinity and specificity as the starting antibody.
