BioAtla understands the sensitive nature of proprietary biological materials and information and handles them under the strictest standards of confidentiality. Our internal policies and procedures are aligned with and based upon industry best practices including;
- Customer proprietary materials and information disclosed only to those employees with a "need to know"
- All samples coded for purposes of blind labeling
- All employees sign strict non-disclosure agreements
- Monitored notebook control policy - secure management of customer data
- Material transfer policy - no transfer of customer samples to third parties without express written permission of the customer and a governing contract (MTA)
- Rigorous publication policy
