ATLAb™ - Assay Development and Functional Characterization
Scientists at BioAtla have implemented cellular in vitro bioassays to measure the following antibody functions including antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC), antibody mediated cell lysis via complement activation (CDC), antibody mediated phagocytosis by macrophages, ADCC mediated cytokine profile, apoptosis induction, internalization, and affinity towards antigens naturally accommodated on cells. In addition, we utilize a suite of biochemical assays such as ELISA, ELISPOT, flow cytometry, immunocytology, immunohistochemistry, Western blot analysis and BiaCore® analysis. We work with our clients to design our immunoassays to analyze antibody candidates’ specificity, affinity and stability.
